As the Museum’s first employee dedicated to digital marketing, I developed and implemented a digital strategy, including email marketing, website content, and social media. I managed our Facebook (including ads), Twitter, and Instagram accounts on a daily basis. My major projects included serving as project manager for our first iPhone app; introducing the Museum to Instagram, Periscope, and reddit AMAs; and spearheading a city-wide Museum Instagram Swap for 18 cultural institutions.
